Our Practice has been designed to accommodate all pets and their owners. This includes senior pets with mobility issues and owners with prams or wheelchairs. We have 3 separate waiting areas, including one for dogs, one for cats & small furries and one for patients attending our nurse appointments. We can also accommodate fearful or reactive patients with consulting rooms that have separate entrances and exits, designed to reduce stress for your pet and you. Please make us aware of this requirement when you call our Wells practice.

Our Practice has been designed to accommodate all pets and their owners, including senior pets with mobility issues. There is a ramp leading into our front door and we have a comfortable waiting area with separation for dogs and cats & small furries. If you have a fearful pet, please talk to our team when you book and we will do everything we can to make their visit, and yours, as stress-free as possible.
