Impressed with your surgery compassion and great advice
I must say I am very impressed with your surgery so far. A client came in with a big bunch of flowers for the team having lost his pet recently. The whole team were so supportive and kind for him which was super nice. My Teddy also gave him cuddles too. Just what’s needed at a time like that and it was a privilege to witness how compassionate your staff were in that moment. Also Sarah was very thorough and told me great advice to do with the preventative healthcare and diseases from dogs that have come from other countries which I will be sure to take into consideration. We have used Nurture Vets for many years, since the days they existed under a different name. Over this time they have developed into a bigger and better surgery whilst still retaining their independence and personal attention. All the staff, both clerical and medical, combine a welcoming and friendly approach with professionalism and efficiency. Treatments are always discussed fully and explained in terms of possible procedures and financial implications. We all feel exceptionally nurtured!
If I could give 10 stars; I would. We recently relocated to Glastonbury and had registered with another veterinarian as it was closer to our home. When visiting that veterinarian; the lack of care and compassion for both my fur babies and myself reduced me to tears. Having had a superior experience with Nuture while here on a Holiday previously, we had to use Nuture for an emergency and their care, concern and service was superior. I decided that we would register with them instead of the veterinarian in Glastonbury. We had our first visit with them and once again they exceeded my expectations. They were kind and compassionate with my babies and myself. Taking time to listen and understand me and my concerns. Sophie and Louise the lovely receptionists went above and beyond helping to make our Chewie who is nervous at the Vet, feel so comfortable and confident. Dr. Rachel was thorough and kind, going above and beyond to assist us. The care even continued after the appointment helping arrange further care. I am so pleased and grateful for Nuture and this amazing staff who help the practice live up to the name. Thank you Sophie, Louise and Dr. Rachel. Chewie, Daisy, Frank, Linus and I are so grateful. We all feel exceptionally nurtured!

Extremely supportive of both our pet and us
We presented Nurture (formerly Westfield Vets) with quite a challenge when we consulted them about our young goldendoodle who was showing signs of a variety of physical and behavioural difficulties. The entire staff both administrative and clinical have been extremely supportive of both our pet and us. It's proving to be a long journey towards the goal of him being comfortable and calm, but Nurture/Westfield have been with us every step of the way.
