  1. Try to remain calm – your pet will pick up on your emotions.
  2. If your pet has ingested or come into contact with something toxic, write down what it is, the time of contact, and quantity, and keep any packaging if possible –  our emergency vets will need this information.
  3. Call before travelling to us – our team will give you emergency advice over the phone and advise whether your pet needs to be seen straight away and where.
